Who We Are

code of ethics

To regard the green industry in Georgia as a worthy and honorable profession; therefore to increase my education and qualifications as an associate of the industry.

To hold in highest esteem our role as a steward of the gifts of nature; to recognize that the environmental well-being of the world, and the health and peace of mind of all mankind, are dependent upon this stewardship.

To be fair in all dealings with our associates; to adhere to all agreements, policies, and business practices that promote goodwill and mutual benefit; to always uplift, and speak highly of, our associates.

To be of honest service to our customers, offering the best products, services, and information possible; to strive in so doing to be fair in all dealings and thus command respect in the communities we serve.

To be willing to serve the Georgia Green Industry Association for the betterment of our profession, and to recognize that service in our association is an investment in our industry's future.

To further this creative industry by striving for excellence in every task, no matter how small, recognizing that each plant grown, sold, planted, or cared for is an investment in the future beauty and productivity of our world.
