ACT FAST: ONLY 37 Exhibit Spaces LEFT at WinterGreen 2016!

The Georgia Green Industry Association’s WINTERgreen Tradeshow & Conference is the place for you. Here's your chance to showcase your company or organization to potential buyers and new customers. Each year WINTERgreen brings over 2000 quality buyers together to see the latest and greatest in plants, products and services.

Exhibit your products or services at WINTERgreen Tradeshow & Conference and you'll be able to introduce attendees to your company, products, and services, increasing your customer base and catching up with existing clients.  What a great opportunity to interact with and influence this special group of people who share your strong commitment to advance the lifestyle and environmental benefits of horticulture.

WINTERgreen Tradeshow & Conference 2016 is a 3 day conference set for January 27-29, 2016 at the Infinite Energy Center (formally the Gwinnett Center)  in Duluth, Georgia.

The 10 X10 exhibit booths for GGIA members is $675.00, & Non-members $950.00 per booth. With a 10X10 booth you receive the following:

  • Marshaling Yard access during move-in and move-out (FREE large truck parking during the duration of the show. We have an AWESOME crew to make your exhibit experience pleasant and worry free.)
  • Four (4) complimentary tradeshow passes for each booth you purchase.  
  • Material handling: Unloading and delivery of exhibit materials to your assigned booth. 
  • Complimentary Forklifts & Carts are available.  At move-in and move-out.
  • 8’ draping back and sides, table and chairs for your booth.
  • Company listing and website link on the GGIA website
  • Company listing on the online Interactive floor plan
  • Company listing on our Social Media sites (Facebook, Twitter & LinkedIn) 
  • Access to the Kick-Off Reception & Keynote Speaker
  • Access to WINTERgreen attendee list (available after the show)
  • Marketing and promotional tools to help your company promote their participation in WINTERgreen

Exhibit dates and hours are as follows:

 

  • Wednesday, January 27st: Exhibitor Move in- 6:30am to 4:30pm (Educational ONLY- Tradeshow Floor Not Open)
  • Thursday - Friday, January 28- 29th: Tradeshow Floor OPEN 9 a.m. to 5pm
